After quitting I realized that these ppl weren't my friends. They switched up so fuckin fast loll they're all like two faced and fake ASF. The store is so clique like it's insane l. I'm glad I'm gone

I put my two weeks in, and my manager IMMEDIATELY took me off the schedules that were posted already, and then asked if I could finished the 3 shifts she couldn't cover, I said yea, and she also didn't ask before she took all my shifts. Here comes my second to last day and I no call no show bc something major happened and it slipped my mind. Next day is my last day, I'm getting ready and she has a newer shift tell me not to come on bc they have someone to cover my shift. Im confused bc I didn't call out, and I was like dude ? What ? I didn't call out ?? And it's my last day? Why am I covered, and she was like oh well we have ur shift covered so you don't have to come in, and I'm like I'm sorry I didn't call yesterday but shi was intense and blah blah and she was like yea well you didn't tell us. And I'm like ok. And now like half my store hates me bc I "came at her sideways" where as I didn't lol

tbh it seems fair to me that they covered your last shift, when people no call no show during their last week it usually is safe to assume they're not coming back, that happens all the time
what isn't cool is them taking you off the schedule they already posted all together

Yea it's fair that they covered it, I'm not even rlly mad Abt that tbh, bc like u said it's safe to assume, my feelings were kinda hurt, what pisses me off of the fact that my whole store doesn't like me bc I was talking to the new shift and apparently the way I said ok was hella sideways l. They didn't ask for my side of the story they just assumed I was being a dick lol
