i once had a lady yell at me for not having a canopy over the drive through… while her windshield wipers were splashing rain on me

someone today complained that we didn’t give her a straw and when she called and we told her she can always ask for one she said we were incredibly rude for telling her to ask if she wants one

had a customer today get angry at me because she said she ordered a green tea latte after the fact that I specifically heard her say "latte with two pumps vanilla and very light ice". She seen me write down and looked at the screen when I rang it up. It also didn't help that we had been swamped all day and after she ordered, she kept bothering me and my co-worker to make her drink first (when we had 6 drinks ahead of her) and she didn't have enough money the first time. They demanded a refund and told us "WeRe GoNnA gO To ThE DrIvE throUgH OnE. THeY aRe MuCh BeTtEr tHaN yOu gUyS". Which that one was also swamped. I swear the were trying to get a free drink cause the lady even watched the drink be made and didn't say anything till she received it to say something. 😤😤

I’ve had so many people tell me that we’re outta toilet paper or that somebody diarrhea’d all over the floor in the bathroom. I work in a chain store not a stand alone my guy that literal shit ain’t my problem.

We had someone film a car trying to get out of our too-small too-crowded parking lot, and bring it in and make us watch it on their phone "just so you know how bad it is"

Sir, I did not design the store - I also am not dumb enough to park here when there's a massive unobstructed parking lot less than 30 feet away from ours.

years ago, someone was ordering at our speaker while it was raining && came up to the window upset. he said tell your manager to build a roof over the drive thru bc I got wet 😂 so for ha ha's, we told our then really pregnant manager && she said okay lemme go get my tools 🤣 it was a funny moment

We have this one that comes in and asks for Dark Roast with THE TINIEST AMOUNT OF CREAM. When I say I literally barely dropped any in the cup.. I mean it. She says "I want it to be skin colour!" And she's a pale middle aged woman.. the coffee is brown. It makes no sense.

She yelled at me today because I didnt show her how much cream I was putting in and when I told her to have a nice day after fixing it for her she rolled her eyes and did a sacarastic smile before leaving.

I wanted to slap her tbh.

I had a similar complaint a few months ago. I’m like “it’s not our fault you chose to keep your window down while waiting in line.” This was said after she called and complained about it.

a few days ago some lady was cutting people off in line and the customers behind her complained. like what do you expect us to do? yes ofc that’s messed up but we’re not her mommy we’re not gonna withhold her drinks or put her in time out lmfao
