i have to go back to my home town (diff country) for three months. do i quit or ask for loa? i love where the people i work with so much 😭

You can’t try LOA my friend did it for 3 months or you can talk to your sm and ask them if you can be rehired you can try and be a borrowed partner over there so ur still in the system

You should try to ask to be a seasonal partner but def talk to your manager
