we have a regular who always gets a grande pike in a venti cup with extra steamed cream. would you give them the amount that comes in a grande & leave room? or fill the pike to 16oz & fill the steamed cream to the top? since venti hot drinks are 20oz & we only charge for cream over 4oz, it seems as though the latter would be acceptable. not quite sure which is correct, thanks for any feedback!!
