In the interview, they will ask you a lot of questions about how you've responded to unhappy customers, disagreements with coworkers, etc, so have examples in mind. Focus a lot on customer service (Starbucks really loves "connecting with the customer") and team work. They'll probably ask why you want to work for starbucks, so do your research on the company's values, etc, and don't be afraid to kiss a little Starbucks ass in your answers. They will probably also ask you about a positive experience you've had as a customer, so hopefully you'll have something there that you can talk about (remember it's all about connecting with the customer).
