Lack of transfer of power when DM’s step down. Literally in my 3 1/2 at sbux its the same thing.. a problem store in the district remains a problem store because nothing is relayed when people step down/leave the company. We feel like broken records trying to fix our stores.. ALSO! outside hire process for managers in VERY complicated i get it.. but i also need a working manager 🤘

Money. That’s it. Don’t say that, or anything else, if you want to keep your job. Just sit and listen, say nothing. If you disagree, you’re now a “troublemaker.”

Starbucks is trying to figure out how to not pay more money and keep partners happy and compliant while sharing the least amount of profit with “partners,” (funny how we’re not partners when it comes it comes to money).
