Hey , i’m looking at transferring to a reserve store and had some questions if anyone could answer ?
1) do reserve aprons still
exist
2) Are there specialty beverages you get to make
3)can you mark out reserve coffee
4) is there a higher base pay ?

As a barista that helped open a Reserve Store (no longer working there) I’ll answer to the best of my ability.
1. Yes, they’re just like the green ones but just black in color.
2. Yes, you’ll have to go through a bit more training to learn them and also learn how to use the special equipment (different espresso machine, coffee siphon, etc.)
3. Yes, the coffee mark out works on the reserve coffee bags (don’t even have to work at the store)
4. Not sure if they changed it since I left my Reserve store, but you get paid the same as everyone else in your roles.
