Customers at just soooo (grande vent) (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by safierce1789
I don’t know why, but customers just get in my nerves sometimes (all the time). For example, today we had to shut off mobiles because we only had one machine working, so people had to physically come in to order. Around 6, we had a lady call asking if she could place an order over the phone and we told her no. Ten minutes later, she asks again (I don’t know why). Later, someone else calls saying that they want to place an order over the phone. I tell them that I can’t, and PHEW

“No, you WILL take my order over the phone.”

This isn’t the first time a customer has told me that I “WILL” do something for them after I tell them I can’t, and it’s seriously frustrating.

Also yesterdays shift was absolute hell, I wish we were given holiday pay 😭

Anyway, thanks for listening to my vent yall

Isn’t it SOOO irritating when a customer tells you you’re making a drink wrong. You wanna say “really?! I mean I’m just following this recipe card from the people at corporate who created the drink but I’m sure you’re right and I’m wrong. Please come on back here and show me the right way to make it.”😑

Or when they tell you something is definitely NOT discontinued when you’re literally reading the update that says it’s discontinued. 🙄
