Okay, so, I put in my app for shift lead very, very recently — in y’all’s experience, how long does it take to hear back? I know I’m being unreasonably impatient, but I’m way too excited not to be.

I’m a rehire. On a Monday I went into the store I wanted to work in and spoke with the SM. Had my formal interview on Thursday and filled out my background check that night. Saturday she texted me that my background check was back and I’m going in to do my onboarding today. Could have moved way faster if I was currently working for Sbux and not a rehire. Had to work around my current job schedule.
