So i know in my area at least, in the summer they are raising minimum wage to 15$ an hour, is that everywhere? Or only in some states?

I believe it’s corporate wide: Baristas to $15 an hour or a 3% raise which ever is higher, shift supervisors to $19 an hour or a 3%raise; again which ever is higher.

If you’re at a corporate store, make sure you read the weekly update on the hub. There’s more to it than that, depending on how long you’ve been with the company. Lots of details rates etc

It sounds like you will know the answer to my question. I’m a rehire and I’m just going in for my onboarding today. I’m trying to figure out if my pay will be raised in August. I’m coming back as an ssv at less than $19/hr.
My understanding is that everyone working at a corporate store is getting their pay raised to the $15/$19. The verbiage I’ve read in articles quoting corporate is “raising the pay floor across the company”. To me, that’s everyone who works for Sbux. Not just those who were hired before May 2nd.
