typically front/food at my store. if not, then they’re in a cs/support position

DTO, or "Support" if we have enough people.
The Support role if you don't usually have it, is basically flexing wherever we're held up. It's a different position than Customer Support.

usually CS/handoff or CS/warming/POS 2, but it does depend on who else is on the floor (how many people & how experienced they are)

I try to stay on front or support so I can move about and flex freely so we don't get bottlenecks and I can support my partners as needed.

If I’m running the shift, I prefer to do it from cafe bar and have my second shift on DTO. If I’m the second shift, I’m either cold bev or DTO and the play caller is usually on warming.
