no bc im so sick of this shit LOL we have a proxy atm bc our old sm was a POS and is suspended (hopefully never coming back but who knows) and he schedules everyone the absolute bare minimum. my old sm scheduled me around 25-30 but lord this one only scheduled everyone 15-20 hours. i went to him and he said i have to rely on people giving me their shifts like what :’) i guess this is the norm but it’s awful.
