Is that going to bar me from clocking in because I won't pass COVID coach? I keep sneezing and sniffling and my nose gets runny........

I haven’t worked at Starbucks since early covid, but the phrasing back then used to be “new or unusual symptoms” or similar, to avoid known chronic conditions (like allergies.)

This. If you know or recognize the symptoms as allergies, they are not a concern.

"new or unusual" symptoms or sickness. if it's allergies and you know it's allergies because you've had them before it is not new or unusual and it is not contagious. Allergies won't hurt anybody but they're gross so just wash your hands frequently and maybe wear a mask if thatd make you more comfortable with sniffling in front of customers or with spontaneous sneezing lol
