I want to pair nitro cold brew with a food item for a coffee tasting, but I'm not sure what to pair it with. Someone said the cheese danish or an almond croissant.

Old partner hack: lemon loaf is the shot in the dark best guess for what to pair with any coffee. Not the best for everything, and there often better choices, but it's a great dice roll.
Oh and years ago a dm told me "coffee tastings are 90% confidence" you got this!
