About how many partners work at y’all’s stores? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m just asking bc I’m curious lol.
I’ll go first; My store is a very busy high volume DT store and we have about 41 partners (I’m guesstimating rn because I’m not at work right now and I can’t count the envelopes on the green apron board lol). The number tends to fluctuate in the 35-45 range, but it’s usually around the low 40s.

That’s about how many mine had when i got hired. We’re better than we were then but for our level of business I honestly think we should have closer to 50. We currently have sort of a revolving cast of people, people get hired and then leave within 2-3 months and it just keeps going like that. I’m a trainer and I try not to get too attached to any of the green beans at this point bcus I’m scared they’re gonna quit soon :’)
