When did you guys get bumped to $15? Did you guys have to take action?

If a location is at $15/hr it’s because they’re are in a state with higher minimum wage/higher cost of living. There is nothing you can do to get your stores minimum pay to be higher. However, all locations will be bumped up to a $15 minimum at the beginning of august. And stores that are already at a $15 minimum will see their pay rate go up to reflect that.

My starting rate has been 15. The payraise wont happen for a while.
