The fact that you said “please convince me otherwise” means that you really don’t wanna return. If you did you might ask things like how can I be rehired, what’s new as if you were exited to start the job or wanting to but you’re looking for reasons not to. One of them is you not really wanting to. Two is labor shortages. There is the reason why you left most likely hasn’t gotten better. Honestly If you look up “(insert cup size) rant” you’ll once again be reminded about customers and the O so lovely tiktok drinks. Four there is a reason why people are unionizing there are flaws that are not being fixed and you may be hired at a store where DM and SM don’t try to work with you though it….PS sorry if that sounded harsh btw I don’t mean it to or if things are hard to understand

Return!! I left the company for a week 5 years ago because I thought that I wanted to do something different but I truly love the company and howie is helping it turn around for the better. Look at a different store maybe for a better experience!
