Hi I was wondering are we suppose to thaw them?? Cause they’re really mushy thawed and that’s what my stores been doing but we’re all confused

No. It’s supposed to be kept a room temp. They seem to taste better a bit chilled, but they aren’t meant to be.

Our store was very confused about it and prefer them chilled but standard has them sitting on the pastry cart out of the fridge so that's what we're doing.

They are honestly a lot better cold in my opinion. So we keep them in the fridge at my location. The guest seem to like it
