So I am the lead at a Kroger run Starbucks my orders are usually no more than 2500 recently I have been receiving an excess of items in amounts I did not order. And sometimes only half of what is on the packing slip is there. This has my inventory completely messed up is anyone else having this problem?

Did you call near by stores? New delivery drivers sometimes mix orders with similar locations or addresses together. You get a weird hodge podge of your items and what the store down the road ordered.
