So currently I’m wearing some knock-off Doc Martens boots at work and while they do work, they are incredibly uncomfortable and I’d like to see what everyone else wears because I think the shoes are affecting my back (and I even have inserts in them)

I got some non slips from Shoes for Crews recommended to me by my SM. They’re pretty comfortable and last a while IMO. Specifically look into shoes tailored to the restaurant industry.

I’ve been wearing the same docs for 3 years. Holding up great! I added an insert (super cheapo $1 piece of foam from target) and it helps the comfort. Breaking docs in can be rough though

Nonslip sketchers. I used to slip so much in my docs and other shoes so I switched and it’s much more comfortable

skechers. they last me a good few years, which is several times more than shoes for crews (less than 6mo). and we get our 30% off, so usually i can get a pair for around $30

They are pricey but HOKA has a work shoe that is dress code approved and they are AMAZING. They aren’t the cutest but your feet are important so invest in some good shoes. I live by that brand so even their regular tennis shoes are just as amazing!

Adidas cloud foam shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've worn. I have no foot pain ever when wearing them.
