i'm moving to a small business coffee shop, super excited about it and cannot wait to be done with the next two weeks. my SM was sad to see me go, but I told him that I love and appreciate everyone I've worked with but I can't deal with the inconsistent work schedule, the hyperfocus on fake customer connections & overall bad corporate environment. looking forward to getting the hell out of this place as soon as I can
side question: I have 20+ hours of sick time, does anyone know if I'll get that cashed out at the end of my tenure??

It depends on the state you live in if you will get it cashed out.
