Crazy Bell Song (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by pumpqumpatch
A few days ago, I’m sweeping and mopping the lobby at the end of a loooong closing shift. I was worn out, slightly delirious, when suddenly this crazy-ass song starts playing. I can only describe it as an unhinged Carol of the Bells. I look at the iPad and the music app says it’s playing Lucifer by SHINee. (This was certainly not Lucifer by SHINee lmao.) Pretty soon my coworkers and I can’t stop giggling because it Just. Keeps. Going. Just fucking bells, and after 8 hours of hell it was the funniest thing we’d ever heard.

Fast forward to last night, the song starts playing again. I look at the iPad and again it claims to be playing Lucifer. I’m on my days off now and I can’t stop thinking about it. What is this song? Why does the music app think it’s Lucifer by SHINee? If anyone knows what I’m thinking of and can help me ID it I’d be eternally grateful.

TL;DR: there’s this long-ass song consisting of 99% bells that the music app thinks is j-pop. Does anyone know what this song is?

We were tripping about it too when it first came on, but now it’s honestly grown on me. I still always say “this song is so weeeeeird” when it comes on, but low key I’m enjoying it lol.

It grew on me… like mold.

Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.

I have checked 785,401,048 comments, and only 156,578 of them were in alphabetical order.
