i remember there was a weekly update years ago when the strawberry acai and other refreshers came out that said filling it to the top should be standard going forward but im not sure what it is at this point

It is standard for corporate stores in the US to fill to the top for light and no ice beverages. I believe only some licensed stores say otherwise, but you should have filled it up. Even shaken espressos, people would request light ice so there was a weekly update about a year ago stating that we just fill it to the top with milk if it’s a mobile order or if they’re there ask if they’d like room. In short, policy states fill it all the way up
