If you're following a 30 minute brew cadence for quarter batches, each batch is actually lasting an hour. Since you brew, wait 30 minutes, brew again, and only dump that batch after another thirty minutes.

My only note is to make sure you watch for updates, in my couple of years with the company multiple expiration dates have changed, although it's uncommon! Looks great though :)

Anything thats coffee beans is 7 days including today, so technically 6. For freshness
Js_On_My_Yeet11 points1y ago
Add Cold Brew?? Might help
violaaesthetic4 points1y ago
Swap out brewed coffee; that seems really superfluous
OneRoseDark7 points1y ago
why not just print the one from store resources?
emmsshamieh14 points1y ago
I just like making stuff plus this is cuter and easier to read
deeciphered8 points1y ago
Agreed. We printed the one from store resources at my store and it's not the easiest to read. We've done our best with it

I’m going to save this to my phone for quick reference :)

You really love your job, I hope this was done on the clock.
Missjaneausten5 points1y ago
I thought lemonade is 72 hours now instead of 48?
nicknenashev5 points1y ago
You better be a store manger or a barista on the clock, otherwise you’re doing WAY too much for this job my friend
BovineCurds5 points1y ago
But everything else is amazing !

Brewed coffee is technically 30min-1hr
uwumoment6 points1y ago
naw it’s 30 and in the morning the brew cycle is usually set to 10 mins bc it’s 3 batches 😩
stillwantthewhip5 points1y ago
Cadence is to brew every 30 minutes, you shouldn’t be serving coffee that’s been sitting longer than that.
Environmental_Tea2971 points1y ago
But if you brew it every 30 the you are clicking brew and then setting the timer. Then you move it over after 30 to brew a new one and set another 30 min timer that's an hour.
stillwantthewhip1 points1y ago
After you brew another batch you dump the old one. There is no “moving it over”. You shouldn’t have two batches sitting there.
Environmental_Tea2971 points1y ago
Every store I've been to in the evening when you are just brewing one or two you should always have two urns of each. I haven't known any other way
Forest0629-2 points1y ago
In my store beans are 5 days counting the current day, so 4 days. Am I missing something?
uwumoment7 points1y ago
i’ve only heard of it being 7 days, id reach out to your manager bc 7 days is standard
Reddit_Deluge-15 points1y ago
Brewed coffee will stay good for a week. Personal experience. Warm up and good to go.
OkFunny97744 points1y ago
Okay.. 1- ew 2-ew 3- please tell me you do not do this at your store
Reddit_Deluge-3 points1y ago
Lol 😂 no - had a pike place brew in the box that I bought for an event that went unused. Brought it home and took a week to finish and it was fine.
