any one have experience with maternity leave/nesting leave? how long is it , how does it work, etc. (self.starbucksbaristas)

Depends a bit on what state you're in. Sbux policy for it is you can take a paid leave if you're benefits eligible it begins when youre due to give birth or when you give birth. If you have have accumulated sick pay or vacation pay you can take your leave 2 weeks before your due date using that. The actual leave is 6 weeks paid with the option to add 6 more weeks unpaid in which you can use sick pay or vacation pay if you have it. If you take FMLA things are a bit different though.
