I have a couple quick question about how the ASU collage thing work? Is it like a tuition reimbursement? Where you pay first then Starbucks pays you back or do they just pay it and all you have to do is pay for books and supplies. Also is it worth it to apply for the program. Thanks.

I just graduated through the program! For me it was 110% worth it. But it really depends on you, what you want to study, how well you can do school completely online . . . you know. You can check https://starbucks.asu.edu/ for all the info on the program as well as a list of available majors. But applying is definitely worth it - ASU waives the application fee for Starbucks partners so it’s free!
Starbucks covers all of your tuition up front at the beginning of each semester. (It used to be a reimbursement but isn’t anymore.) You only have to pay for books, equipment, and sometimes some special class fees, like lab fees.

Thank you! I was looking at the website and it really don't say how it worked. Which is why I asked also no one at my store goes so no one really knew how it works. 😁
