my store literally ran out of the day of launch and now my SM says we won’t get it for a while :/ like what was the point of this new drink if they weren’t prepared with product. i literally had a customer scream at me today about how “we need to get better with our ordering” as if that makes a difference :(

okay i thought so 😭 it’s just so aggravating that when my partners and i have to tell someone we are out of something we are expecting to get berated. i guess it’s just normalized in customer and food service now

There is a contingency recipe at the moment where you use 2 half dose pumps of mocha instead of the powder.

Always! They shove a new item down customers throats, then don't have the product to meet demand if they happen to like it. But will still continue to mint out gross and underperforming products because there's always the chance it could be popular...

It also said that those stores that didn’t receive it in their Carson order this week will be auto shipped a case. We haven’t run out yet but I’m pretty sure we will tomorrow.

i wish ours was like this, my friend is allergic to malt and when it charges him extra for mocha in the foam instead of malt (even tho the drink already gets 2 pumps of vanilla)
on top of that mocha gives a darker color and stronger chocolate flavor so i dont know why they just didnt make that the official recipe in the us -\_-

out of malt powder, mango dragonfruit, almost out of oatmilk again(we were out for a week, got like 4-5 cases last truck and are almost out again), we have an obscene amount of strawberry açaí tho. can’t wait to go in tomorrow and see what we’re out of

Houston area and we are out of malt powder and inclusions 😋 but we offer them the mocha sauce as a substitute and it’s arguably a much richer and tastier foam.
