Starbucks' pins can mean a few things.
It can be for promoting a new product (I remember I was given one for the then new Blonde espresso).
It can also be a way for Starbucks to show appreciation for your work without spending any money.
Don't know this one though.

This one is from summer/fall 2019 when the company said all stores would have nitro by the end of the year. There were two other pins that went along with this one. There was also shirts sent to all stores with the Whoa Nitro on it
