I don’t understand why they think baristas have any control over things like that. Literally anytime I go to get food somewhere and they’re out of something I feel no anger at all, it’s easy enough to get something else that tastes good

My favorite response to “you guys need to learn how to place a damn order” is to say “yeah, our shipments are all automatic. We receive whatever Starbucks decides to send.” While not entirely true, there are some things we actually order. This usually shuts them up.
