Be extra careful when putting the filter into the colander piece. Also make sure the bottom of the filter is completely on the bottom of the colander. If it’s not, the weight from pouring water into it could tear the bag since the filters aren’t very strong.

Also make sure you’re grinding the beans on the correct settings

Push the filter all the way down around the inside of the toddy filter before you pour the grounds/water in

my store doubles up on the filters with the new toddy’s to prevent the grinds problem. we were doing everything correct! french press, firmly fit the filter etc. double filter works great

First question… what’s the correct grind setting? No one seems to know.

But also was anyone else’s cube lids bent? Ours were so bent when shipped they don’t stay on the cube.

My personal theory is that the bags rip if the inside of the basket is wet

Is the toddy’s not the big containers for lemonade & açai? Or does it have multi uses?
