Omg I get that a lot, I just act like I’ve never seen a computer before in my life.

Normally, I’d be happy to try to help someone, but the past few years Starbucks has been all “to hell with actual genuine connections, go back and chain yourself to your station!” That, and there’s a very slim possibility that helping them might actually make things worse and then they’ll blame me for damaging their property. Same thing goes for customers’ phones.

Exactly lol when people ask me how to do this and that on their phone, I just tell them the truth which is that I don't use a Starbucks app too much or I'm not to text Savvy which is sort of true but I always end up getting somebody else to help with the customers Starbucks app because I have no idea how to use it and I don't want to tell them wrong information and have them click something or scan something and then have it not work or do something different than what they intended
