i was already running a terrible shift and then this 20 something year old guy comes in and asks this. wtf do you think this is?? i stared at him for a while and then said “…no we don’t sell soda… this is a coffee shop.” felt like i was being rude but i was so tired already i didn’t even care

This man came through while I was on HH and had the audacity to ask if we sold fries tp go with his breakfast sandwich. I almost laughed in his face.

When we had a carbonator and sold root beer we got people who asked if we had coke. Nope but we got ginger ale. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ another fave is when ppl drive up to the speaker and start ordering tacos and then become upset when we tell them we don’t serve tacos and then laugh like crazy when they realize we aren’t Taco Bell.

mood, we have a burger king in the same lot, i can see it from our cafe, and we have a sushi place next door. we get more orders for bk than sushi somehow???? even had a few customers mad at us over speaker telling us yes this is bk and we're just like... no, this is patrick.

I think one time i told them to just come up to the window then if they were so sure aldnskdgdje. They finally realized they were wrong.
