Your SM needs to step in at this point tbh. Multiple no shows, attitude towards customers, being on their phone (which they should get written up for), purposefully not doing tasks or doing them incorrectly so that you don’t ask them to do stuff, etc is a level in where they need to be disciplined or fired. It’s not your job to discipline people to that extent - your store manager should do that. I would write a factual few paragraph text and message your SM personally to at least start a paper trail of there being an issue.

You could try having a private conversation with them to find out what's causing the behaviour and look for a solution together. Hopefully that helps!

Your SM needs to step in here. A bad shift here or there can be handled by an ssv, but a clear pattern of bad behaviour needs to be handled by the sm.
