All baristas or SSVs are considered to be part time even if they’re getting full time hours. The reason for this is that’s Starbucks cannot guarantee full time hours consistently for anyone except ASMs or SMs. I know there have been labor shortages for a few months now and it could be that your store is having to cut back on hours even more.
