I haven’t been at work in forever (family stuff) and never learned how to do the chocolate cream cold brew can ANYONE please just drop the recipe down below because the cold foam is honestly my only issue

100ml Van sweet cream and 2 scoops of the malt powder. It does seem really dense/thick, but that could be the point. I found it surprisingly good which annoys me because I want to hate all labor intensive drink recipes.

It gets the same vanilla pumps that the rest of the cold brews get. The vanilla is the only thing in it other than the cold foam. Which is 100ml of sweet cream then two scoops of malt powder in the blender on 3. The sweet cream is supposed to go first. If you put the malt in the blender first, it doesn’t incorporate fully.

its the normal way to do any cold foam cold brew except the cold brew will have 2 scoops of chocolate malt! Its super new so no worries you dont know it! I hope this makes sense!

If your store uses the pump liquid Mocha then it would be:100 ML Sweet Cream
Either: 1 Hotbar Full pump of Mocha, or 2 Coldbar pumps of Mocha

You should not be doing this. It's the malt powder from the shaken espresso. Mocha sauce was used in an old beverage that we don't sell anymore.
