Can someone explain to me what I’m doing wrong?
I keep trying to use the start of claim feature, but every single time it won’t open the next window. I’ve disabled the pop-up blockers, but it doesn’t open any window.

I’ve even tried using their call method, but nothing is going through. It’s not accepting my ID number or anything on the phone.

I just don’t know what to do, I have to take this personal leave and my manager won’t answer my texts.

yeah their website just sucks ass. i just call and when they ask for my number, i usually choose the option that said to skip or something, and then it redirected me to a customer service rep. your manager could also file a leave for you but i think it would be best if you did it yourself
