We have this argument at my store a lot. We’ve been told before by a DM that no, since there are no calories/nutritional info for Trenta sizes that legally we can not however I’ve also been told to make the moment right and do it anyway. I’ve wanted to call the pcc and find out the official policy but I’m afraid I won’t get the straight forward yes or no, that I’ll be given an ambiguous guideline.

No , only teas, refreshers and IC/CB in Trenta.

Right ??! We have this new manager who thinks we should because it’s making the “moment right”. And it really upsets me because we’ve been always told no.

Damn hate those managers that twist their arm for a customer. My old manager is a trans woman and this lady came after closing hours and demanded to speak to the manager cause “i knows HIM”x3 times , She got corrected three times by the baristas and the manager literally said she didn’t care and to just make the drink(for free) so she can leave. I think we were madder at her after that and I lost respect for her completely
