what’s the best way to put my two weeks ive never done it before so i’m not sure if there’s a correct way besides just telling them. i don’t want to end things on a bad note but i’m over the store and i’m just done with this job overall

You can do it in writing stating that you are herby giving notice of your resignation. State the date your last day will be. It doesn’t have to be formal or flowery. And then print and sign it. Make sure your manager gets it.

I would add that it is better to include just this pertinent information. At most one sentence more about "thank you for the opportunity to learn and grow in my time here."

I saw a post within the last couple days of someone's resignation letter that was a long paragraph of vaguely worded grievances. Just don't. It doesn't serve any useful purpose.
