If you are a shift it would be the first day of the month the following 60 days of continuous employment. (EX: You started March 15, 60 full days would be May 15ish, benefits eligibility would begin June 1st). If you are a barista, it's the first of the month following 90 full days of employment as long as you've accrued 240 hours over that period. 240 hours averages out to at least 20 hours a week. (EX: Start date of March 15, 90 days=June 15ish, benefits eligible on July 1st)

August is open enrollment for everyone. I don’t think that has changed.
