green bean is what we call new baristas. i keep green apron cards-- the ones that are special to me, at least.

I have all but one on my desk at home :) (I haven’t taken the newest one home)!

We have a decorated board with envelopes that have our names on each one and whoever gives the green apron card puts it right in the designated envelope it’s so cute!

My store doesn’t do them anymore but when we did I would keep them for about a year.

I keep mine too! they’re a great pick me up on days I don’t feel appreciated/liked at work so I can remember that at least one person likes me lol.

We never knew those existed until weeks ago at my store. I’ve been here for three years this month… our manager said no we don’t need them and corporate isn’t giving them out anymore, yikes.

Edit: I realize this about nice notes and not the nee barista cards/book. Nvm.

I never received one buhh I gave one of my coworkers one..don't get me wrong my SM and SSV verbally tell me how proud they are of me and appreciates my hard work buhh sumtimes written on a Lil card can go a long way 🥲🥲

i take mine home after a while! i love my coworkers a lot so theyre pretty special to me :) they also get knocked down a lot in the spot theyre in and a lot of times get mixed up so i take them home so i dont lose them too

I have most of mine but some of the bs ones I get I throw out, and by bs I mean the ones I get from my manager and I don’t like them very much

i have one pinned in my room cuz my coworker gave it to me when i was having a rough time in my personal life and it made me really happy that someone noticed my hard work(:

I kept the best ones I received when I worked in a stand alone. Lost some of them when I moved, which made me cry. But I still have two or three I can find from some of my favorite coworkers that I can read when I'm feeling particularly down, if I want to. I still miss a few of them. MUG Awards is what they were, and the pins came with cards we could write on if we wanted.
