Yep. I'd love to see profits after costing in labor costs (hourly pay) and products (milk, syrups, etc.)
A common argument I've seen for defending the extra surcharge on alternative milks is that they cost a lot more to purchase than regular dairy, and cafes are "notoriously" known to have short profit margins. That's what those silly news websites say at least. But I completely doubt the idea that the profit is so low they can't afford allowing alternative milks for free. I believe the cafes can afford it easily. And I want to see the darn numbers.

Actually the price of dairy is artificially low, so it's more like we can afford to give away dairy for free.

i personally don't care if this is different than profit. they really posted and highlighted 100k revenue in a single week and you're telling me they can't afford to pay people better? or give more hours? or hell, even stop the up-charge for non-dairy??
