Customer: Hi can I get a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino hot?
Me: ?? It’s a blended drink so we can’t really make it hot?
Customer: You can’t just put it in the microwave?
Me: ????? No? 😐
Customer: That’s fine I’ll just microwave it myself at home

i'd probably suggest to them a mocha with the cookie crumbles added. a lot of people have actually asked me for a hot version of the caramel crunch so idk

Id do like a mocha latte and add vanilla bean powder and cookie crumbles in the milk lmao idk how that would steam but that with cookie crumble on top n whipe cream?
