For half-dose (cold bar) syrup pumps, add 2/3/4 for a tall/grande/venti. For full-dose (espresso bar) pumps, add 1/2/2. The only exception is the matcha frap, which gets 2/3/4 full-dose pumps of classic. The dark caramel pump counts as a half-dose. Most stores have both a half-dose and a full-dose pump of caramel. White mocha and toffee nut should only have a full dose. So the standard would have been 4 pumps of dark caramel, 4 pumps of caramel assuming you have a half pump caramel bottle on your cold bar, 2 pumps of white mocha, and 2 pumps of toffee nut. Too much for me personally, but some people like it.

if somebody asks for multiple different syrups we, by standard, put in pumps of each flavor according to the standard amount of pumps for the size.
so a hot raspberry mocha has 4 pumps of mocha and 4 pumps of raspberry. i usually will say something about how many pumps we'll be adding if they want to keep it standard, but that we can also do 2 and 2 so it's not a sugarbomb.
i only do that for people who seem a little confused about what they're ordering as to not offend someone who knows that they're getting a drink that warrants a warning by me.

If you read the recipe card it will say adding syrup is half dose (green tea and strawberry grapes are the exception) pump which means if you are using the hot bar pumps (full dose) you do half the amount. Recipe cards can be found in the iPad on the Resource app. Hope this helps
