we usually have another lady that comes in every day too. i actually debate walking into the highway outside when they both happen to come in at the same time (a rare occasion but it has happened once or twice)

one thing i will credit this man with is that he at least understands the burden he puts on us. he’s very nice and always willing to wait as long as it takes. we always pull all his tickets and do them as we do other cafe and mobile orders, and he’s always patiently waiting because he also doesn’t want other people to wait forever because of him and is happy to wait 20 min or whatever as we work through everything. that said, i still wanna kms every time i see him walk into the store

us too !! kik (the app) was right across the street from us in a sign less building and their founder got them all starbucks everyday lol. 50 of them would walk in all at once and order all in one order, and then pay with their bosses’ card.

he usually comes in within a 3.5 hour window

a very large assortment. sandwiches, pastries, stuff from the rtde case, you name it

he definitely boosts the sales of our store, that’s for sure
