Discussion: Does anyone else find this shortage on all of our core popular items a little strange? I found out that when we are out of something like refreshers it lowers the amount of labor hours. Is this another tactic Starbucks is using to cut our hours? It just seems a little too convenient 🤔 (self.starbucksbaristas)

No, logistics is a real thing. We’ve been this way since the start of pandemic. The first year we didn’t run out of a lot of stuff but we killed our cushion of backstock at our warehouses. Then we had to wait for production to catch up. It’s not just us as a company. Grocery stores and other retail business are in this boat too.

Starbucks isn’t going to sacrifice sales of their products and upset their clientele so we can save labor. Y’all gotta stop with the conspiracy theories. This is happening across the board in all restaurants and markets
