Finally quit (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by squidwardstentacl3
After 2 1/2 years, I finally quit. I started to dread each shift, they always put me on DTO/ DTR. Manager had tons of favorites ; it was draining. I was told I’d be moved up to a shift lead but every meeting with my manager they would just say I need to coach partners more. Then they moved up people with less than a year of experience, and I was literally a barista trainer trying to move up for months. Anyways, so glad I quit.

The moving up thing they did the same thing to me! & now I’m done. They told me I had the job then gave it to someone else.
