Hey so I signed my contract last week, did orientation 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for my partner number. Is this normal? Also, are we allowed to have pens and markers that aren’t black, blue and red? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Yes, it took days for one of our new partners recently, and also no technically you can't. All legal docs (like temperature logs, the DRB among other things) can only be signed in black or blue. Aside from that, they provide the sharpies in black so you usually shouldn't need to buy any but if you want to you can.

My store has used every color under the sun in the DRB and temp logs and no one’s ever coached us, not even my SM who’s been a partner for 15 years

I had my district manager come in and coach/ write up multiple people :/ legit agaisnt the rules but at the end of the day it's up to your dm letting it slide.
