Today we was short a person per usual. But I was calm and I handled everything with ease. I was killing it on bar 1 my ssv was on bar 2 and they were drowning and I certainly kno what that’s like so when I have capacity I make a drink or so then I specifically say let me know when you need me to make drinks for you. I say this bc bar 2 is stressful, it is so much and if I’m already done making drinks for a few cars then I don’t mind helping out as it should be. So we didn’t have a CS so when the window is waiting on food or something besides drinks I restocked the cups, grabbed milk for both fridges all the while making drinks. I restocked the lids and then made more drinks until a customer at drive said they had a mobile order so I’m looking and don’t see it. So I ask the partner at drive to pull it up on the iPad so I can make the drinks without pulling a million bar 2 stickers. While we were looking my ssv said “I wish somebody on hot bar would help me make drinks” but in a snarky way as if I’m not doing the job of 2 people… as if I’m just standing around fucking off. So I ignore him and I continue looking and didn’t find it so I just started making the rest of my drinks for drive. My other supervisor then tells me to help them.
Whole time I’m helping them.
*side note every supervisor of mines tell me every shift to focus on Drive no matter what. So I’m extra confused as to why he was mad that I was focused on getting things in drive handled first.

First off you’re my ssv if you can’t handle the stress that EVERYBODY is put through then you don’t need to be in charge of anybodys employees, I’m trying to help you out and you still got a bad attitude….. then he knew he messed up bc he was trying to make small talk and compliment me. Don’t do too much bc you’re my boss and ofc they’re gonna Believe him over me. This ain’t the first time his bad attitude had me second guessing him as a boss and more importantly as a person.
