if you haven’t gotten in too much trouble and quit peacefully, you should be rehireable. but, sometimes horrible managers write “unhireable” (which she could do in your case) but if you apply at other stores, let them know of the situation and i’m sure they’d be more than willing to take you on to the team again.
but also, have you tried calling the ethics hotline to get her reported? since you want to quit, i’d say quit first and then call ethics hotline that way it doesn’t put you in hot water with her and her writing “unhireable” in your file

Unless you quit without notice and have a ton of infractions or you were fired you are automatically rehireable. A manager can not label you either way. Its corporate who will make that distinction. It’s rare for a manager to speak to another manager regarding a rehire, so there is no opportunity for the previous manager to make the partner look bad.
