Can they force someone to transfer? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Trying to get promoted to SSV at my store, but they're building a new location in my district and they want a shift at my current store (possibly more than one) to transfer to the new one. I really do not want to transfer. Can they make someone do that? If so, how many months do you have to wait to transfer back?

Yeah they can, as an SSV you work for the district instead of a specific store, so they can send you wherever they need you
